Advisors
Madaline Offner is a
Registered Mental Health Counselor and is presently working as a district
counselor with Orange County Public Schools in Violence and Drug
Prevention. She also serves as a grief and crisis
counselor. Madaline provides counseling at The Center for
Counseling and Consulting in Casselberry and The Healing House in Winter
Park. She has been educating, counseling and training locally and
nationally for a total of 29 years.
Santiago Fallon, MA, LMHC, NCC, is a Licensed
Mental Health Counselor with the Florida Department of Health. Mr. Fallon
received his bachelor’s and master's degrees at the University of Central
Florida. Santiago is a National Certified Counselor and also holds
certifications in hypnotherapy and gerontology. He is currently a Ph.D.
candidate at Barry University with a specialization in marriage and family
therapy. He was born in Colombia, South America, and came to the United States
in 1986. He has been in private practice at The Center for Counseling and
Consulting since January 1999. He is currently the program director and
conducts workshops in marriage and divorce issues, stress and anger management,
and relaxation techniques and hypnotherapy. He is multi-lingual and has
conducted trainings at international conferences in three continents. He
has worked with chronically mentally ill adults suffering from schizophrenia,
OCD, and bi-polar disorders. He has been a psychotherapist at the Sexual Trauma
Recovery Center/The Healing Tree at Arnold Palmer Hospital and at
Centaur/Central Florida Aids Unified Resources. Mr. Fallon is currently
the clinical supervisor for the Family Trauma Center at Kids House of Seminole,
helping children that have been abused or that have experienced any type of
trauma. He is currently an Honorary Board Member for Safe House, a
domestic violence shelter in Seminole county and he is a Senior Advisor
Consultant for The Dustin Project, a faith based grief counseling
program. He works with families, couples, children, adolescents, and
individual clients in private practice.

Kristi
Ryan joined the Dustin
Project team in March of 2006.
Formerly a high school guidance
counselor, Kristi has a bachelor’s
degree in secondary English
education and master’s and ed.
specialist degrees in school
counseling and guidance. Working in
Seminole County for over 10 years
and being a product of Seminole
County Public Schools herself,
Kristi is passionate about the
community the Dustin Project
serves. Her background in
counseling helps Kristi recognize
and understand the need for
education, training and resources in
the area of grief counseling.
Kristi’s primary goal as Project
Coordinator is to spread the news
about the Dustin Project so that
students in need will receive help.
